It also encouraged splittism tendency for Taiwan and militarism tendency for Japan, and negatively influenced Sino-America and Sino-Japan relationship which aggravated confrontation between China and America-Japan in Taiwan issue.TMD costs dramatically, but "9.11 "accident identified that it plays little role in America's security. But America, who is intended to dominate the new century, will never give up it. It's estimated that the attack of "9.11" accident will probably force Bush administration to delay but nerve give up its TMD plan.
