On Influences Of Enterprise Informatization On Competitiveness Of State-owned Enterprises

Informatization plays a very important promoting role in the world economy and the social development, and the informatization of the enterprises has become an inevitable tendency. With the deepening of the enterprise reform in our country, the acceleration of the marketization procedures, the progress of the science and technology and the globalization of the economy, the enterprises in China are facing an increasing market competition. So it is very important and also very urgent to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises in China, particularly the competitiveness in the international market. Thus it is very practical and meaningful for the complete improvement of the informatization level of the enterprises in our country, to carefully analyze the internal relation between the informatization of the enterprises and the competitiveness of the enterprises, with Marxist economic principles and the theories and methods of the socialist market economy, so as to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises and then further improve the competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises in our country.This paper is manly, under the guidance of Marxist theories of informatization and competitiveness and Deng Xiaoping' s and Jiang Zemin' s remarks on informatization and competitiveness of enterprises, after referring to the Western economic theories concerning information economy and competitiveness of enterprises, based on the analyses on the practical situation of the competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises in our country, to analyze and describe the relation between the informatization of the enterprises and the competitiveness of the enterprises and the internal functions and influences of the informatization of the enterprises on the competitiveness of the enterprises. The paper also puts forward some speculations about the current informatization of the enterprises in our country and the improvement of the competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises aimed at the current situations and the existing problems of the informatization of the enterprises in our country, after introducing the situation of the informatization of the enterprises in the developed capitalist countries, summarizing their features and the experiences worth referring to, and comparing and analyzing the gaps between the informatization construction of the state-owned enterprises in our country and that in the developed countries.
