A Study On The Land-Readjustment Of Yuxi Hilly Region

The land-readjustment is an inevitable demand of the land utilization practice and social economic sustainable development now. It is the demanding work that should be done promptly in this case. It has important significance on realizing the strategic goal of the dynamic balance of the cultivated land, promoting the land utilization efficiency, bettering the farmers' living and farming condition.This article is based on the practice of many tasks about land-readjustment of Yuxi hilly region, from the viewpoint of land science, combined with others, such as geography, ecology, adhering to the basic principle of integrating theory with practice, using scientific research methods, it concluded the analysis on the relation tenet between land-readjustment and social economic sustainable development more deeply and systematically .Furthermore, this paper just expounded the distribution of the latent capacity of land-readjustment, studied several operating models of land-readjustment of this area and different ways of work, organization and investment of every model, discussed and put forward the system of the land-readjustment planning model, concluded the distinguishing features of land-readjustment of the Yuxi hilly region. At the same time, the paper made some necessary evaluation on the situation of land-readjustment of that area. Finally, it promoted much profitable exploration on some interrelated questions of land-readjustment of that area, including the planning technique of land-readjustment and some steps of land-readjustment policy. The article contains seven parts.Part one defined the land-readjustment, meanwhile this chapter clarified the classification and the purpose of land-readjustment.Part two based on the basic thing introduced in Yuxi hilly region, analysed the main characteristics of land utilization of this area.Part three concluded- the analysis on the relation tenet between land-readjustment and social economic sustainable development from four viewpoints: the dynamic balance of the cultivated land, ecological environment building, agricultural industrial structure readjustment and urbanization.Part four expounded the distribution of the latent capacity of land-readjustment. Based on these, four operating models of land-readjustment were discussed in part five.Part six analysed the planning of land-readjustment, put forward the system of the land-readjustment planning model and introduced four principles of this.The final part sum up the features of Yuxi hilly region's land-readjustment and promoted some profitable explorations.
