Enterprise organization is an open system, which interacts with its environment continuously. Outer changeable environmental factors and increasingly turbulent market competition impose great pressures on it, on the other hand, the inner requirement of self-development will be transformed to be pushing power of enterprise organization change, which actively pushes enterprise organization to change to the environment. Mankind has come into information age. Faced with globalization trend of economic competition, rapid development of technology, communication technology and micro-electronic technology and deepening of social informationazation procedure, enterprise has to think how to deal with these changes and adjust, change organization according in order to have powerful adjusting capability of gaining competition advantage. All kinds of enterprise try to apply advanced IT to overcome difficulties, and then to strengthen competition power.The introduction of IT may lead to the change of organization objective, structure, role, business process and technologies. Sometimes, this change may work in an unpredicted scale. So, if enterprise mangers decided to implement a project of IT, they should consider the potential shock of IT as change catalyst and problems about organization change. Based on the raising of enterprise organization model and analysis of influence of IT on structure factors, the paper puts forward the enterprise change model based on IT and analyzes the developing strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprise in information age.This paper includes six parts.The introduction simply explains the course of topic selection.The first chapter analyzes the environment of modern enterprises and problems they have to face in development, such as the change of knowledge economic, social informationazation, economic globalization trend.The second chapter introduces and simply analyzes pertinent enterprise organization theory. At last we summary enterprise organization theories and puts forward structure factors of enterprise organization: objective, structure, human, activity and technology and basic model of enterprise organization.The third analyzes the role of IT during the course of organization change,which refers to its action and influence on enterprise structure factors.The fourth chapter simply talks about the content of organization change and raises enterprise organization change based on IT and its implementation procedure.The fifth chapter analyzes the status of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and puts developing countermeasures for them in information age.
