This dissertation has discussed principles successes and failures of the reengineering of the system of HRM (Human Resource Management) of Guanghua Material Cooperating Development Company during its property reforming. The reengineering of HRM covers human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, pay. After reengineering , Guanghua Material Cooperating Development Company reestablishes its new system of HRM that faces economic market. The system sets the processes methods tools and files of human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment selection, performance appraisal, pay. The successes of the reengineering are : reestablishing the system in entirety ,emphasizing the combination between theory and practice , making the unimpeded communicating channel , erecting system of file by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.
