Research On The Production Process Quality Control Of Polyester Web Of Wuhu Huachen Company

This paper puts forward a set of methods of control aiming at the main factors related to process quality on the basis of the analysis to the actuality of Wuhu Huachen company's process quality control. These control ways include fuzzy evaluation, the method of FHA, the theory of grey forecast and control diagram, etc. The application of these control methods obviously reduced the ratio of waste web, enhanced the process quality and, ameliorated the whole quality management system and increased the customers' satisfaction.And this article establishes the computer management system to this company's process quality information. The use of this system heightened the efficiency of information disposal and offered powerful software support to process quality control.The study to the production process quality control of Wuhu Huachen company does a beneficial exploration on strengthening production process control of polyester web and improving further product quality.
