With the revision of Insurance Law, marketization of insurance products and insurance rates affirmed by the amended Insurance Law, China Insurance Supervision Commission introduced the auto insurance marketizational reform strategy in 2002, and insurance companies began to adopt the individual auto insurance terms and insurance rate form 2003. The monopolization in the domestic auto insurance market had been broken from then. By 2005, the foreign insurance companies will enter the domestic market, therefore the domestic auto insurance market will transform from closed market to open market, and the competition among insurance companies will increase. In this circumstance, this paper studied the Ping An Insurance Company how to use the available resources, seize the opportunities, exploit the market, and select the stratagem suitable for its development of auto insurance.
