In order to solve the problem of the process of our company's BPR,the thesis will probe related theories about BPR to benefit our country's corporation reformation. It is divided into five parts:In chapter one,the author analyzes BPR's background,concept,essence and its cause.At the second part,the author analyzes three basic forms of corporations that should undertake BPR;the motivation and risk of BPR;the principles and areas of error during BPR.In chapter three,the thesis discusses the basic qualifications of BPR,and advances 4 analyzing tools and methods of BPR when they undertake BPR.Corporations' BPR activities fell under 5 key phases,the phase of carrying the strategy into execution. The author expounds the characteristics of every part,presuming upon that it would assist domestic corporations' BPR practice. Lastly the author probes into some characteristics about the new working process and corporations themselves.The last part of the thesis analyzes the necessity and the direction for Chinese corporations to undertake BPR,then advances 8 noticeable issues during BPR in China,finally does a case study of Bao Steel's BPR practice for other corporation's reference.
