This paper consists of two parts: the case and the case analysis.The case describes the development history and present situation of Guangzhou Suidar Project Management Limited Company. The case introduces prevailing information of the company e.g. the organizational structure, achievements, human resource management, the marketing and the challenge.Based on the information provided, the author systematically analyses the macro environment and industry environment of Suidar Ltd, reveals opportunities and threats caused by external environmental factors; and then, the author analyses the internal environment factors of Suidar Ltd, reveals its own strengths and weaknesses; based on these analysisses , the author determines the company's mission and strategic goal; finally, the author proposes concrete measures for implementation of the strategy.Train of thought : the analysis of external macroeconomic environment-the analysis of industry environment and competition-the analysis of SWOT Matrix-the company's development strategy-implementation of strategy.The main research tools :the analysis of PEST external factors , Michael Poter's Five factors Model, IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT matrix.
