Study On Integration Of Agriculture, Sci-tech And Education Theory And Develop

At present, agricultural development in China is entering a new stage. The focal problems for agriculture is shifting from the insufficient quantity to low quality and efficiency. Alongside China's entering WTO, agricultural products are facing intense competition both from home and abroad. The problems, such as irration structure of agricultural industries, The general low efficiency, slow income increase for peasants and so on, are aggravated steadily. The fundamental way out transformation of traditional agriculture to the modern one lies in the realication of changing the resource-based quantity agriculture into the technology-supported benefit-oriented agriculture. So, governed by the market, it's urgent to innovated agricultural techniques, restructure the agricultural industries, develop large-scale management, accelerate high-tech achievements transformation, and establish effective mechanism for the integration of agriculture. Sci-tech and education(ASEd), In this situation, based on the reality in our country, it's necessary for us to introduce foreign advanced experience, make theoretical studies and try to find out effective approaches for the integraion of ASEd, thus establish virtuous mechanism in poverty-striken areas.Based on the above reflections, this paper is divided into the following five parts:Chapter I Introduction In this part, the author introduced the background information, purpose, significance and current status at home and abroad for this study, and defined its range. The strain of thought, approaches and the possible innovation of this study were also mentioned.Chapter II Theoretical Discussion on the Integration of ASEd The function and essence for the integration of ASEd were put forward in this part. Ten models for the integration were also proposed and its mechanism was discussed as well.Chapter IE The ASEd Integration Experiments and Benefits Analysis This focused onthe integration Experiments in the south part of Jiangsu Province and its morals. Meanwhile, based on the author' s own investigation and reflections, the possible obstacles and countermeasures for the integration of ASEd in poverty-striken areas were also discussed. Following this, the economic effects of the integration of ASEd inBinxian county Shanxi Province were analysed according to the Economy Assessment Approaches stipulated by the Agricultural Academy of Sichuan Province.Chapter IV Industrialization - A New Development Trend for the Integration of ASEd In this part, the author defined the connotation of agricultural industrialization. Base on the experimentation in the author' s college, Yangling Demonstration Zone and other Parts of our country, ten organization Patterns for agricultural industrial ization were proposed. The relationship between the integration of ASEd and agricultural industrialization was also discussed.Chapter V Agro-informationalization(agro-inf.) ?the way out the Integration of ASEd The author specified the definition, significance and effects of agro-inf. , introduced the current status for agro-inf. development in the world, the development range for computerized agricultural project and agro-inf.. Ways for the integration of ASEd and Points for attention in the process of agro-inf. were also put forward.
