The Research Of The Application Of The Risk Management

The managers in the enterprises have to face the uncertain condition insides their enterprises and the diversification situation arround the enterprises.The motive of writing this paper is to analyse the risk management in the enterprises. I analyze four important fields(Marketing, Finance and R&D, HR) in the management of the enterprise on the basic theory of the risk management. I try to find the sources of the risks, then bring forward some measures which can be operated easily to solve these problems.Ultimately, I call on the morden enterprise must pay attention to the foundation of the "risk management system" and "culture of risk". In the paper, some thoughts are showed, which is expected to help the enterpriser control the risk, improve the profit and stably develop.
