This case introduces a series of strategy Reconstruction actions taken by A Communication Co. Ltd. China when market situation and external condition changed.The case description part tells raised problems resulted from company strategy mistakes when former Guangzhou Lixun Company changed to A Communication Co. Ltd. China. At that time, the sales force and organization structure couldn't adapt to the changed market. And there was no clear core competence and competence superiority defined. Order in take decreased dramatically after 4-year continuously increased in 1999. A Communication Co. Ltd. China did strategy Reconstruction to improve company's situation.In the analysis part, industry and competition analysis has been done first, and got the conclusion that the market is developed at high speed. The customer amount increased. Then analyzes the new focus strategy which includes core competence, market expanding, aggression strategy, new organization structure and resource strategy, and result-oriented communication strategy. A company has to rectify its fault or prevent any mistakes, which may happen in the future, if it wants to get continuous development. In the end of this article, some unsolved problems are pointed out for further consideration.
