Study On The Organization Design Of Enterprises For The Core Competence Strategy

Enterprises of China are facing the environment of more and more fierce market competition after the accession to the WTO. To adapt the environment and keep the competition advantage for a long time, it is necessary for them to construct the core competence. Therefore, the enterprise must build new organization structures which are adapting the environment and according with the demand of the core competence strategy by scientific and rational organization design.This dissertation aims to the question of ignoring the combine with strategy, and putting undue emphasis on technological ability and the behindhand methods etc. on the aspect of organization design for the Chinese enterprises at present. By studying on the strategy and the organization theory and the organization design, an idea of the organization design for enterprises based on the core competence strategy, business subcontract and procedure optimization has proposed.
