Construct On The China Wetland Resource Conservation Law

China is rich in wetland resources, the current state of conserving wetland, however, is disappointed because both the area and the quality of wetland are reduced and the biodiversity of wetland is devastated. This situation goes against the principle of sustainable development strategy in China. The article, in consideration with the current state of wetland as well as the existed problems in China and in accordance with the sustainable development strategy, proposes to construct a reasonable frame for China wetland resource conservation law and to offer the references for bettering the juristic system of environmental resource as well as conserving wetland resource.
