A Study On China Wetland Resources Legislation

Wetland , as a special type of land resources , belongs to ecological system梩he transition area from waters to lands on the earth , which has very high economic , ecological and social value. It is an essential way to solve this problem by legislation and regulate men抯 behavior on exploiting , using, protecting and managing wetland resources by the form of laws and regulations. Our country have made few researches on wetland resources legislation by now furthermore these can not meet with the strong demand on laws and regulations which are related to protection of wetland in our country. The Study about China Wetland Legislation aims at the present situation that these are not effective laws and regulations about wetland development , use protection and management to be observed in our country. We try to lay down the laws and regulations about wetland resources as soon as possible which are suitable to our country抯 situation according to general theory of legislation through referring to research law , environment law and using the experience of research results both in our country and foreign country. Thus we can use and manage wetland resources according to the laws ,f黵thermore we can make some beneficial exploration on protecting sustainable development of wetland resources .
