Study On Agricultural Labor Force Mobility In Muyeli Community Of Dongxiang People

With the deepening of our country's reform and opening, the structure transformation of rural society have switched into the express lane. Agricultural labor forces have been pouring into non-agriculture.Muyeli Community of Dongxiang people is a "pre-desin tegrated "minority community ,whose agricultural labor force mobility has its own specialties ,compared with the whole country's. From the subject perspective of rural sociology,ethnic sociology and economic sociology,the characters,the decision mode,the social effects of agricultural labor force mobility of Muyeli Community of Dongxiang People have been studied systematically .In the light of the plights of agricultural labor force mobility of the Community,some constructive countermeasures have been provided . In the end ,after studying the topic,the author has come up with three new variables for studying agricultural labor force mobility:the surplus rate of,the mobility rate of agricultural labor force mobility,the net surplus rate of agricultural labor force mobility and their calculation formula and methods .
