A Countermeasure Research On Improving Economic Effects Of The Microelectronic Technology Institute

In last twenty years, China's economic reforms and socialistic market economic construction have resulted in great changes of environments of scientific research institutes. According to the analysis of its management situation, this paper provides the discussion on the reasons causing the lower using rate of assets and economic effects of HS Research Institute. Ascertaining development direction of the institute in line with advantages and disadvantages of the institute. Then, the author puts forward the countermeasures on the organization structure and management of scientific research, management of human resource, etc. This paper discusses imperative on developing organization format and management efficiency and importance to enhancing using rate and efficiency of the assets. It aims at strengthening the activities and economic effects of the institute.
