The interface barriers between scientific research institutions (SRIs) and high-tech enterprises (HTEs) are the critical factors that seriously hinder the commercialization of technological achievements and high-tech industrialization. This thesis applies the theory of interface management expanded abroad in recent years to make a thorough analysis of SRI-HTE interface management. In the first part,it proceeds with comparing features of high-tech enterprises with that of scientific research institutions and distinguishing motives and necessity of collaboration within these two partners. In the second part,after reviewing various comments on interface barriers at home and abroad,the author analyzes the causes of interface barriers between HTEs and SRIs in our country and point out the importance of interface management. And then this thesis proposes that knowledge transfer is an important approach to resolve the interface complex. In the third part,deal and capitalization of technology are discussed as well as talents flowing from the view of knowledge transfer and various countermeasures of management practice are put forward. Finally,the author builds up a theoretical model of High-Tech Ecosystems by applying concepts and thinking way in biological research and systematic theory,based on analysis of systematic HTEs-SRIs interface management strategies and employs this model to the case study of Zhongguancun.
