The Studies On The Interface Barriers And Countermeasures Of High Technology Industry

The high-tech industrialization system is a dynamic and complicated system restricted by many conditions. There are various interfaces and interface barriers in the root-system and expansion system. The common causes for the existence of interface barriers which are specialization, information stickiness, objective difference and cultural conflict are given and the penetrating analysis of causes are made according to the system structure and function, the system circumstance and the system information circulation. Depending on these ideas, this thesis not only make clear that basic functions of interface management are information circulation and system integration but also put forward that the principles of interface management are principle of free-grade coordination, principle of system integration, principle of information circulation and principle of self-organization. In this thesis the organization models of interface management with different forms and character are discussed according to the object system and the root-system. As for the case study, the ideas and the carrying out of interface management of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. provide a valuable reference for studying the interface management of High-tech industry in China.
