The concept New Economy originated from the 90's Amrica, and internet development speed up the progress of economy globalization, characterizing the vivid intellectual economy with the integration of various elements such as information technology, netwoke, digital economy, risk investment. It is often referred as new economy.The appearance of new economy brought profound impact on the enterprises in our country as well as throughout the world. And this essay will elaborate new economy's impact on our small/medium enterprises; for our small/medium enterprises, how to seek opportunities to enhance the competetiveness and profitabilities, and take advantages, while analysing the status in quo of our small/medium enterprises. The author proposes some corresponding strategies in terms of integration positioning, marketing, innovation, and human resources management. Furthermore, he discusses the development mode for our small/medium enterprises, and offers three business modes - eletron commerce, simulative business and risk business, adaptable to the small/medium enterprises to meet the requirements of new economy.
