The all process of air-logistics including cargo's circulation and storage should be executed both efficiently and effectively between shipper's and consignee's spot. Moreover, In order to satisfy customers' requirements, the all process must be planed, implemented and controlled. Air-logistics is a comprehensive logistics disposal course comprises air and ground parts. Airport is a necessary part of air-logistics, and a spot for forming air-logistics net. What's more, it is the principal facility for promoting imports and exports trade. For a country, airport will turn into the chief factor strengthening and enlarging its competition ability.Presently, Chinese airport is still in elementary state. Presently, the world advanced enterprises in air-logistics have extensively done business in Mainland and held more and more market share. However, the taken up rate of our native airline enterprises is descending in international air transportation market. In addition, about 70 percent of domestic airports are in a deficit state. In this circumstance, that our air-logistics enterprises how to cope with overseas competition has become an urgent assignment.With experiences of taking part in air-logistics market's investigating in Shenzhen Airport and Ningbo Air-port, and on the basis of gathering and analyzing the materials, The main aim of this paper is to study developing strategy in air-logistics of Chinese airport in whole made a analysis of our airport present situation. Then, on the point of airport, the author propose a theory including constructing air-logistics net and Airport logistics center , enjoying airport code together, developing these Airport with better conditions and the frame on how to construct air-logistics information system etc. In addition, the author predicts indexes related to air-logistics through utilizing two kinds of quantitative analysis methods, namely linear regressionand gray-system.At the stand of airport, the paper studies Air-logistics field in China and advises some development strategy for it. Moreover, the paper expects to offer a new thought.
