The Study Of Information Platform For District Logistics System

This thesis firstly explains the subject of the topic and gives a system of the concepts involved. After discriminating of those concepts such as logistics system, district logistics system, information, logistics information, information platform and district logistics information platform, the author discusses about these problems:1. The logistics system is compounded with all the basic factors in logistics activity, including all kinds of companies taken part in, the transport service's supplier and demander, related departments and governments. Any link's weak in cooperation will result in low efficiency of the whole system. From the participator's angle, we can analyze the whole system, every participator has its specific function and requirements. It's a important manner of logistics information system functions studying that analyze every participator's function requirements.2. Concluded the characteristics of information sharing in logistics system on the basic of analyze the working principle of every sub-system. Facing some problems in information sharing when sub-system links directly such as responsibility of data maintenance, oneness of all data and so on, gives some possible ways to resolve them.3. Analyzes the relationship between all kinds of information in the logistics system for the system's angle, and forwards using common information platform to manage the common information in the logistics system. The platform of common information is in charge of the forward function. After processing and depositing those data collected by sub-systems, dispatch data in normative form according to sub-system's requirements.4. The basic functions of the district logistics system platform including, in general, data collection, data arrangement, space data management, customers common and government management. Construct the framework of district logistics information platform with design those basic function modules such as data abstract, vehicle dispatch, cargo track, contract support, synthesis information release, decision support and date transfer.In the end of the thesis, analyzes some problem concerned in the practice of platform construction and also give some possible directions for deep study afterwards.
