The thesis is composed of two parts: the case and the case analysis. In the case part, the building process of corporate culture in Huipu AV Scientific Limited, is presented in the form of backgrounds and events. Facing up more and more intensive and dramatic competition in AV industry, Huipu has to convert its future developing directions: from the friendship joint-venture to the modern constructed, from the production oriented to the administration & service oriented, from the mono-economically oriented to the humanity oriented. In accordance with its strategic shifts, Huipu started its corporate culture building process centered on the point: "Building Huipu Learning Team". In the process, there are many wonderful projects and campaigns, and many embarrassing situations as well; there are harmonies and also the conflicts of cultural views.In the analysis part, the author introduces the basic concepts and principles of corporate culture, the studying frame, methodologies and impacts of corporate culture. And then, under the guide of theories of management and corporate culture, analysis is conveyed centered on the success and lessons of the building process of Huipu corporate culture. At the end, the author gave hisown suggestions and comments on building corporate culture.
