The Existent Problems In The System Of Administrative Examination And Approbation In Force In China And The Initial Reformation In Study For Them

There are much more problems in administrative examination and approbation in China, such as the sundry authorities, the work confinement out of control, the vague standard of measurement, the unperfected work procedure, Charge in too many names, the supervision system in disorder. All of them have restrained the development of the social economy in China, multiplied a great deal of corruption, worsened the environment of investment. That situation does not more and more adapt to the demand of social development and economic operation while the marketable economic system is constructed and WTO has enrolled China. Since the latter half of last year a reformation of the system of administrative examination and approbation has been promoted and wan initial success. The governments at different levels adopted a series of reformatory measures and reduced the number of items for administrative examination and approbation. However, some new questions and phenomenon have appeared along the procedure of reformation. Hereby, this article explores into them and offers a number of initial suggestions that are expected to be beneficial to the contemporary reformation of the administrative examination and approbation.
