Research On The Structural Motivation

Researching on the motivation theory is important for management work of organization. In the past years,lots psychologists and management scholars had put forward much famous thesis on this. On one hand,these theses make people,not only leader of certain organization but also common members;have more further and clearer cognition to themselves. On the other hand,for improving the management efficacy and reaching the objective of certain organization,the manager group must adjust work regulation and pay more attention to the position of organization members according to these theses.The structural motivation system is based on the historical motivation theory. It emphasized that one organization can impel their member to work harder and more consciously by rebuilding organizational structure and redesigning the management process. This operation process includes person-work designing,work-team constructing and organization objective decomposing so on.
