The Party's National Economic Policies And Economic Development In Tibet Since The Third Central Committee Meeting Of The Eleventh National Conference Of The Chinese Communist Party

To promote the economic progress in Tibet is a long-term affirmative policy of the Chinese Communist Party. Especially since the third Central Committee Meeting of the eleventh National Conference of the Chinese Communist Party, the Party has hold four conferences on Tibet Work. The promotion on the economic progress in Tibet is strengthened. There is also a series of national economic policies which are based on the practical situation in Tibet and which stand up for the benefits of the people of Tibet. The progress of economic construction is Tibet is being speeded up. The Party's national economic policies play a significant role in speeding up the economic progress in Tibet, maintaining the consolidation in Tibet and keeping all nationalities united. In this article the author proves the necessity and importance of the Party's special economic policies in Tibet, and expounds the economic policies in Tibet since the third Central Committee Meeting of the eleventh National Conference of the Chinese Communist Party as well, it's stated in this article that the implementation of national economic policies contributes to the great success of economic development in Tibet. It also points out the problems of the practice of economic policies in Tibet. The author's suggestions are presented, too. The research in this article serves to further adjust and implement the Party's national economic policies, to retort all absurd arguments tending to break down the consolidation of our states, to refute the distortion on the Party's policies in Tibet by the westerncounter-China organizations, and to clarify the misunderstanding on the Party's policies in Tibet.The article comprises four parts as follows:Part I.
