The thesis focuses on the way to deal with Human Resource(HR) management and development of Star Petroleum Corporation (SPC) from the modern theory of Human Resource management and development. Combining the situation of the international oil industry with that of domestic oil industry. It grounds on the trend of the international oil industry the present conditions and the existing problems oil industry,stands on the historical evolutions and prospects then gives advice to manage and develop the human resource of SPC on the base of the Human Resource management and development tendency of the international excellent enterprises through analyzing the present conditions and demands of the human resource of SPC. Particularly,the thesis has a further discussion on the problems of symbolic,fame,making use of personnel,excitation,training and HR management etc. in HR management. The whole essay includes the following aspects:1. The tendency of HR management and deve I optnent of the international excellent enterprises.It firstly discusses the new demands on enterprise human resource caused by the situation and challenge which enterprises face in the new century. Then,it analyses the changes and trend on HR management and development of the international excellent enterprises.2. Summarization of the present conditions and development of the international oil industry.The thesis systematically sketches the status quo and tendency of the international oil industry and the developing process of Chinese oil industry,besides,it has a brief introduction on our three largest petroleum companies and points out the problems and differences existing in our oil industry,on which the thesis begins to analyze the HR situation of our oil industry,thus transits to the topic gradually.3. Characters of SPC evolutions and the competition with other petroleum companies.It briefly elaborates SPC's historical evolutions,developing situation,prospects and its fixed position in competition,which lays a foundation for analyzing the present conditions and demands of SPC human resource.4. The situation and demands of SPC human resource. According to the progress of SPC HR management and development andthe analysis on the disadvantages of SPC human resource,the thesis poses the demands of HR.5. The whole train of thought on HR management and development of SPC.On the ground of the above analysis,the thesis points out the guiding theory and purpose of HR management and development of SPC,and it takes emphasis on the problems of the symbolic,fame,making use of personnel,excitation,training,the responsibilities and their own qualities of HR managers.
