With the coming of 21 century, the human society is progressing into the new age of knowledge. Knowledge economic is the "talent economic", Not matter what competition exists among enterprises, countries and districts; human resource is predominated in the last analysis. Talent is also a capital. Enterprises shall stand on satisfying inner demand from talents, pay respects and provide them with product and service for human resource so as to win their satisfaction and loyalty. The enterprises that can attract, retain, develop and inspire the top talent will be the true winner in market competition.
