As one of the Three Great Baises of Fiberglass Manufacturing in mainland of China,Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation is facing the continuous expansion of the two competitors,Shandong Taian Coposites Co.Ltd. and Zhejiang Jushi Group,and the entry or the coming entry of big foreign fiberglass players in the world. It's of realistic signficance for Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation to formulate the fiberglass products competion strategy and development strategy.This research paper analyses the external enviroment of Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation firstly. The analysis of external condtions concentrates on the main economic chracters of fiberglass industry,present situation of domestic and foreign fiberglass industry and the developing intention and the gap between the mainland of China fiberglass and the developed countries and regions,the aftecting factors to fiberglass market demand during recent five to ten years,the analysis of the five competing models to fiberglass market. Then it analyses the source and competive ability of Chongqing Polycomp International Coporation. It mainly includes the analysis of present running situation of existed strategy of this company,the analysis of fiberglass value chain,the industrial position of Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation and its advantages on fiberglass products.Based on the analysis of external and internal enviroment of CPIC' s products. It' s forwarded the differnization through SWOT under cheap cost should be adopted by Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation for its fiberglass products competion and development strategy. Hence CPIC should enlarges its production scale gains scale benefit,strengthens its international distribution and construction of domestic sales net,establishs the first class R&D center,wenkens its sizing sales. There1 s some barriers to overcome during the realization of this strategy,such as company' s organization strcture and management model,run risk of company' s products etc. The writer puts forward some suggestion to these problems. At the end of this paper,a conclusion is made to the fiberglass products competion and development strategy of Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation.
