| Multi-party cooperation system leaded by CCP which is a basic political systemin China, has bright featUres and virtues. Nowadays many new complexions andmatters have emerged along with the constant development of economy and deepeningof social refOrm. And Multi-party cooperation system leaded by CCP has beenchallenged.This thesis expatiates Multi-pany cooperation system leaded by CCP is accordwith the situation of oux country. With the theoretic premises of Marx-Leninism,Maozedong Thought and Dengxiaoping Theory the form of Multi-pop cooperationsystem leaded by CCP is determined by the impersonal historical conditions. As aproduct of con joint of Marx-Leninism and Chinese revolution and constructionpractices, it was created together by CCP and other democracy paties during thelong-term battle. The thesis argues that it was gestated in the new democratismre''olution, shaped in l949, and consummated during Chinese revolution andconstruction practices. lt experienced four phases that is engendering phase,development phase, havoc phase, and new development phase.The thesis eIaborates the basic differences between Multi-party cooperationsysteln leaded by CCP and party politics especially bi-party and multi-party politics incapitalism. It is a new party politics with bright characteristic and great superiority.The thesis also points out it is confronted with the problems of legality base ofreign party, inter-party relationship, political democratization, institutionization, andlegalization. The main approaches are here f strengthen and consummate capability ofCCP namely intensify the degree of democratization and systemization in the party,strengthen tl1e reign function and manage state affairs by law, put management partyinto the path of legal system. At the same time, every democratic party should enhancethe construction of itself from thought, organization, and depatment construction,study new methods, research the path of ameliorating power of itself to exert the effectof join party.
