Research Of Open And Decisive Finance Management Information System

Traditional finance management information system is an isolated system lacking of sharing function. It has basic accounting calculation function,but lacks prediction and decision function the enterprises need when managing their finance. In traditional system,information resource has not been fully shared and used indeed. So this system cannot meet the deep degree and on-time needs of diverse information demanders. This paper raises an open system structure model based on I-net (Internet/Intranet/Extranet) and extends traditional system's decision function on the base of its calculating system.In this paper,the first chapter analyses the system structure of traditional finance management information system from conception structure,function structure and hardware structure,also concludes its limitation including closed structure and lack of prediction and decision function.The second chapter analyses the extensive,diverse and on-time demands of information demanders,and discusses open and decisive finance management information system's necessity for decision of enterprises,development of multiorganization,electronic commerce and international management and improvement of market competition capability,also concludes the system is open,on-time,decisive,information sharing.In the third chapter,the system structure open and decisive finance management information system based on is discussed in conception structure,network structure,data accessing structure and function module structure.In the fourth chapter,the system aim,system function and software structure model are discussed briefly. Then,the software system of capital collecting,investing,cost,sell and profit systems is discussed in data,model and knowledge.In the fifth chapter,controlling weakness and risk problems of open system are analyzed in network and personnel,and the interior controlling and exterior controlling strategies are discussed. Finally,several problems related to the development of open and decisive finance management information system are discussed,which include accounting theory research,network security,law system construction and enterprise itselfThe advantage of this system is the network platform based on open I-net,thus,isolation of traditional system can be overcome. This system is open,on-time. In this system,information resource can be fully shared. Furthermore,four systems of capital collecting,investing,cost,sell and profit are added to traditional system's accounting calculation system. Traditional system's prediction and decision functions areextended,therefore,much deeper degree and wider needs of diverse information demanders can be better met.
