Dynamic Game Research Of High-tech Industry Cooperation Of Mainland And Taiwan Under The Frame Of WTO

Mainland and Taiwan successively enter into WTO in Nov 2001, it provides a new opportunity to industry cooperation of Mainland and Taiwan. The dissertation mainly analyzes problems of high-tech industry cooperation of Mainland and Taiwan under the frame of WTO. After systematically and completely analyzing the developing processes and complementary problems of high-tech industry of Mainland and Taiwan, current situations and problems of high-tech industry cooperation of Mainland and Taiwan, combining the request of opening of high-tech industry of rules of WTO, the author makes the further research on the opportunity and challenge of high-tech industry of Mainland and Taiwan, advantages and disadvantages of cooperation of high-tech industry of Mainland and Taiwan. On the basis of that, through making use of dynamic game model to analyze the reason of integration of high-tech industry of Mainland and Taiwan, finds the Nash equilibriums of technique cooperating degree of high-tech industry of Mainland and Taiwan under the same or different quality technique level condition, and uses the current situation of high-tech agriculture experiment area of Fujian and Taiwan to examine it, then utilizes anterior conclusions to give the countermeasures to the regulation agency of Mainland and Taiwan in high-tech industry cooperation.The dissertation associates the macro study with micro study, and compares the developing of high-tech industry of Mainland and Taiwan, and analyzes current situations, problems of high-tech cooperation of Mainland and Taiwan, then points out mainly the conflicting ideas of the regulation agency and the economic discrepancies of Mainland and Taiwan confine the deep degree developing of high-tech industry of Mainland and Taiwan, and proposes the high-tech industry cooperation of Mainland and Taiwan should raise institution cooperation from private cooperation.The paper' research purposes are to hope that it can provide some new ideas to solve the industrial structure' promoting problem of Mainland and Taiwan encountering, to promote Taiwan to return the motherland, to come true the motherland unify as soon as possible.
