Study On Transfer Of Rural Redundant Labor

With the further deepening of Reform and Opening to the outside and the found of market economy system, the transfer of rural redundant lab.or (TRRL) has been becoming more heavily a barrier to our nation's development. Author with the thought of system theory deeply discusses the inner mechanism of TRRL, applying, the method of the combination of qualitative analysis with quantitative study, synthesizing the pertinent theories of development economics.Beginning with the evolution of "Two-sector" economy system, the paper firstly analyzes the profound reasons why our country's TRRL has come into being and the seriousness of the problem. Then the economic effect of rural redundant labor's transfer from agriculture is discussed. Advantages of rural enterprises, problems it faces and the crucial function of rural enterprises' development to TRRL are studied. Lastly the paper studies the way of the small town's enlargement followed by large cities' and mid-scale cities' developments.
