These parts relate with each other to integrate an organization,and have important effects on the growing of venture businesses.Secondly,in order to advance a local government understanding its regional venture businesses developing environments and to promote a venture capital holder evaluating his investing objects correctly,complete growing environments evaluating index system is established,and evaluating models are given in this paper.Finally,growing environments for venture businesses in internal and external countries are contrasted positively. The barriers of venture business development environments in our country based on practical situations are analyzed.
