Academically, public management is a practical and all-around subject, which studies the value-orientation and the law of practical activities of the government and other public organizations.This paper basically makes out the development and history of public management both at home and abroad, reflects the latest fruits of the domain of public administration and public management both at home and abroad, offers the latest information of this domain.
