| After importing the concept of logistics from Japan since 1980s, it is highlighted in China too. Chinese logistics is still immature; the benefit of internal logistics still has not been mined. Recent years, Chinese scholars put forward new theory on logistics based on successful practice.In China, traditional logistics is gradually changing into modern one. Many enterprises have realized the importance of logistics. A few of them are push themselves to higher level in modern logistic application. Because of the limitation of management system and running mode, which regards result and experience rather than process and management, leads to that Chinese logistics hangs behind.At present, since drastic market competition, especially China has joined WTO; Chinese enterprises have to face international rivals. So Chinese enterprises should strengthen themselves, in case of changing market. Under this background, it is very valuable to mix qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to support internal logistics and its management. This will help enterprises to improve their efficiency and benefit.(1) According to present situation of manufacturing of auto share parts, Prof. Wang hu (Supervisor) and I decided the theme of this thesis: "The Method of Logistics Controlling Management for Manufacturer of Auto parts.(2) Through researching into logistic model and method, a new way mixing qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is put forward, which can be used to improve enterprises' logistic ability.( 3 ) Set up practical model and method of logistic controlling management, it's key of this thesis.All in all, the basic theory, model and method of internal logistics and examples are related in this thesis.This thesis is divided into four parts, first part introduces basic theory on logistics; second part analyzes present situation of international logistics; third part puts forward logistic controlling model and method; fourth part gives a practical example on manufacturer of auto part; in the end of this thesis, author summarizes the logistic controlling model and method. |
