Aiming to the serious problems among domestic enterprises, such as the higher turnover rate of the key employees, and the weaker core competence. We point out that it is a critical task for them to solve these problems by constructing a strong key employees team.Based on the previous research, we encircled the main topic on constructing a strong key employees team. Aiming at the problems in the procedure of constructing, we started with studying the characteristic of key employee, and laying strong emphasis on several critical points, the definition of key employee, the mechanism of key employee team formation, the mechanism of value upgrade, the mechanism of motivation, and the management of turnover. In order to solve the relevant problems, we established three different patterns, the mode of formatting the key employee by internal training, the mode of value exaltation by learning from working, and the mode of long term motivating by immateriality. By a series of researches, we ultimately formed an integral framework of the key employee team construction, and provided reference to enterprise on construction and maintenance a static and effective key employee team in theory.As the limitation of my abilities and resource, there would be some unavoidable deficiencies in this paper, such as the shortage of research depth, and the result need practice to proof. All these wait for me to improve in my further researches.
