In general, the marketing management of hotel industry is much more important because of its' particularity, so does its' product. Compared with the international standard, the differences of the marketing management of the hotels in China is great, and so does most of the non-joint hotels. The hotels in China pay more attention to the small but complete marketing actions, but generally overlook the construction of the marketing management system.Regarding how-to-construct the marketing management system in hotel industry as the main objective, the paper would talk it over in three parts. In the first part, the author theoretically discusses the advantages and disadvantages of agent system, distribute system, sales-supporting system, direct managing and direct selling, which have been widely adopted in different industries. Based on the analysis, this paper discusses how the six patterns above could be applied in the hotel industry. In the second part, based on the analysis of the status of the WANTI hotel, time-sharing marketing system is considered the most feasible marketing management system for the WANTI hotel. And in the last part, great attention is paid on the design of the hotel marketing management system.Because time-sharing marketing system derived from the agent system and direct selling system, it owned the advantages of the two. With the application of this pattern in product selling management, companies could successfully avoid the diffluence of human resource, capital resource and substance resource. The author firstly applied this pattern in the hotel marketing management in China, it become the innovation of the paper.Not only could the research be directly helpful for WANTAI hotel, but also for the hotel industry in China, especially the marketing management of the sole proprietorship hotels.
