Evaluating the staff performance is the indispensably components to the management of the manpower resources. The enterprise cannot survive and develop without evaluating the staff performance. Recur to this; the staff can clear about the goal of the enterprise. They can work hardly,adjust theif behaviorand become success.In the article, the author puts forward the problems in the evaluating system and analyses the reason why those problems existed. Then the author gives some advices in how to perfect the evaluating system of the Sanhe Company.There are five parts in the article.In the first part, the author recommends the function of performance evaluation. The author puts forward the problems in the evaluating system to the Sanhe Company.In the second part, the author puts forward the function and theories of the performance evaluation.In the third part, the author puts forward the methods and the importance to the performance evaluation.In the fourth part, the author recommends the function of performance evaluation. The author puts forward the problems in the evaluating system.In the final part, the author puts forward some improvements to the performance evaluation. The Sanhe Company must reward its staff according to their performance. Thus, the staff can work hard and improve their behavior.
