With the coming of the epoch of globalization economy, the scope of competitions occurring among the enterprises are getting expands increasingly, effective management to human resource has been considered a vital approach for the enterprises to acquire the predominance. However, the fundamentality of the efficacious management of human resource lies in the management of performance, establishing a set of System of Performance Evaluation (hereinafter referred to SPE) have been regarded as the impactful means. Nevertheless, how to understand the positioning of SPE and set up a SPE which can adapt to their own enterprises, is not only a delicate problem that many foreign companies have already had in the field of human resource management nowadays, but a puzzle as well which has not so far been solved well although domestic enterprise have been seeking for years.By means of the predicament which the company A has encountered in the management, having studied and investigating, we point out that the inaccurate of positioning and the inefficient of feedback they are applying results in the trouble they' re having, integrating the basic theories regarding the SPE, we have made a systematic and overall analysis for the current situation of SPE of company A, get the conclusion as follows:1. Having studied and investigating, we point out that the root cause existing in the SPE comes from the inaccurate of positioning, for the SPE is only being used for a sort of facility to allocate the benefits, it causes some deficiencies of performance feedback, performance improvement and some other important procedures, likewise, the SPE outcome have not been applied adequately and rationally, thus all the SPE can not be systemized and united well either.2. In view of the existing problems in the SPE of company A, we, first of all, reposition its SPE and put forward that ameliorating performance and the carrying out the development of the staffs' professional career in the enterprise will be targeted the main purpose and aim, and find the way that how to solve the problem.3. Based on it, a brand new SPE that consists of Evaluation Preparation System, Evaluation Execution System, Evaluation Feedback System, Performance Amelioration System and as well as Evaluation Application System, has been reconstructed. This new SPE fill up any blank about important tache.The new SPE has carried into execution simply in company A and achieve the favorable achievement. The third quarter' s sale more than the second quarter' s sale this year, the cooperation of the department and the employees has increased, the performance has obtained control and management.Establishment of SPE is a project that is both hard and intricate, most of our enterprises have just stood in the stage of start and grope in this respect, especially, some traditional enterprises like company A which only live on manufacturing and selling, have got the similar problems when implementing the SPE. Therefore, through the studying, analyzing and re-designing the SPE of company, we would like to provide some references for those enterprises that are making renovation in terms of SPE, and try to source for and set up a SPE which can fit for the Chinese traditional enterprises mentioned above, meanwhile it can also be operated well in practice.
