| This is an applied academic thesis formed by two sections: case and case analysis.The case mainly introduces JS Construction Company's histrcry and changes, the contributing factors of multiple strategies, the achievements of the company and the factors of its external environment.In the section of case analysis, the author applies the theory of strategic management to the analysis of selecting the former strategies, he points out the necessily and importance of changing the mode of strategic thinking promptly, and introduces the strategic thinking of "patching". He works out the company's strategic target and the ways of implementation on the basis of carefully analyzing the construction trade, market situation, competitors, the company's resources and ability. |
