This paper consists of two parts: The case and the case analysis.In the case, the author describes the general situation, the brief history and the state of informal organization of Guangzhou G Pharmaceutical Company. Regarding several incidents, the article demonstrates the deep influence of informal organization on the enterprise vitality of G Company.In the case analysis, the author applies the theories on organizational behavior, management, management psychology, human resources management, management communication, informal organization, enterprise vitality and so on, and discuss the classification, origin, characteristic, positive effect and negative influence of informal organization. At last, the author provides the countermeasure to strengthen the management of informal organization and the guide to play a positive effect.
