Research On The Vitality Of Community Social Organization

Community social organizations,rooted in the needs of the masses,it is characterized by the combination of interests and aspiration,plays an essential foundational role with the construction of social governance community.Among all kinds of social organizations,community social organizations have the closest connection with residents and are also one of the most direct and convenient channels for all parties to take part in community governance.For the sake of enhancing the consciousness of master and promote the construction of harmonious community,it is necessary to cultivate and develop community social organizations.At present,community social organizations are in a rising period of the whole development.How to stimulate the vitality of community social organizations is not only the important contents of Chinese community governance innovation at current stage,but also the important topic worthy of our in-depth exploration.This paper is taking the operation process of the social organization of Lanhu community in Ezhou as the research object,combining specific cases,with the "five have" "five can" two index to test the vitality of the community social organizations's development."five have" indicators means that the community social organizations should have constituent elements:there are have a clear public benefit goal,have a clear role definition,have the recognized leader of the group,have the specific activity subject,have the practical results;The "five can" indicators refers to the community social organizations should have five kinds of ability:the ability to plan activities autonomously,to recruit new members,to self-promote,to raise resources independently,and to share the benefits.On this basis,thorough in-depth investigation and research of the development status of the community social organizations in Lanhu community,summarize and extract the experience of cuitivate and develop community social organizations in community.By analyzing the development status of Lanhu community social organizations,reveal their difficulties and reasons in the process of participating in community governance,explore the route of stimulating the vitality of community social organizations and enhancing their sustainable development,which can put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to activating other types of community social organizations,enhancing community participation.
