L Systematic Engineer Ltd.

This paper start from internal management and internal control of L systematic engineer L. T.D, analyze the influences to the company' s development by the model of internal management and the method of internal control. We use the principle of continuous development model SDS, indicate the main factor of internal control to improve the life circle of software company, and analyze this factors to give a total solution of internal control management, which do good to the company' s continuous development.This paper is composed of two sections. Section one is the case description and section two is case analysis. Section one introduces the process and internal control of L Company. Section two analyses the several problem from internal controls of L Company. With the view of continuous development, we put forward a series of suggestions to solve the problems.
