Research On The Enterprise Operator's Incentive Mechanism In Our Country

As the subject of modern micro economy, the enterprise plays an important role during development of social economic. Also, the enterprise operator plays an important role in the existence and development of enterprise. The encouragement to the enterprise operator is the very important subject to management nowadays.In recent years, this subject has been studied in our country's academia. Methods of encouragement to the enterprise operator have been in pilot project stage, such as yearly salary system, etc. And there are also some problems have not been solved yet. This text has been done some analyses and researches on this tentatively.First, the text carries on the comparatively systematic argumentations to the motivational theory. Then, the article makes analyses on the necessity of encouragement on the enterprise operator with the angles of management and economics. Besides, incentive mechanism of enterprise operator's in U.S.A. and Japan is analyzed. After this, it is emphatically in this text to analyze the focus question of our country of the incentive mechanisms of enterprise operators: Yearly salary system, stock right encouragement, the reputation mechanism, etc. Then, the text put forward the plan of design of the incentive mechanism of the enterprise operator of our country. Above-mentioned research, have reference value on theory and using to the incentive mechanism of our country.
