Empirical Research To The Influence Of Farmer Quality On Diffuse Of Agriculture Technology--Cases Studies In Linzhang County And Zhangbei Expenrimental Station In Hebei

Now, agricultural development depends on the advancement of sci-tech more and more , and depends on the improvement of the farmer quality more and more . The farmer quality is restrict factor to the speed and area of the diffuse of the agricultural technology at present, so the research to the influence of farmer quality on the diffuse of agricultural technology is provided with practical significance to the improvement of the efficiency of the agricultural extension and the promotion of the development in agriculture in China. Firstly, based on the analysis of the meanings of quality, this paper divides the farmer quality to 6 aspects according to the characteristics of the agriculture and the farmer behaviors, they are culture quality, sci-tech quality, psychology quality, management quality, morality quality, and body quality. Then point out, culture quality, sci-tech quality and psychology quality on the condition of the market economy, that are vital to the diffuse of the agricultural technology. Secondly, begin from elaborating the meaning of the technology, the paper demonstrates the impetus, the function mechanism, the circle model , the 4 periods of the process of the diffuse of the agricultural technology, and the 5 periods in the process of farmer adopting technology, and points out:l The speed of the diffuse of the agriculture technology can be quicken up by the highness of farmer quality, and lay stress on that farmer quality how to affect the breach period, the focal period of the diffuse of the agriculture techno!ogy.2.The highness of farmer quality can speed up the process of farmer adopting the agricultural technology, and make emphasize on analysis that it how to affect the 5 period in the process of farmer adopting technology.3.Farmer quality can changes the shapes of the model figure of the agricultural technology .If the farmer quality is high, the distance of the two inflexion from the origin is short, and the shape of the model figure will be steep; or else , the distance is long ,and the shape will be even.
