The level of allocating resources is a key factor that will decide the competitive position and industry situation of our countries' hotel enterprise in the future market. For dealing positively with the transformation of competitive situation caused by joining WTO, our necessary selection is to enhance the level of hotel's resources allocation. After describing the developing situation of our countries' hotel industry, this research analyses thoroughly the level of allocating resources of our countries' hotel industry and expounds the necessity for a hotel to allocate its resources systematically.
