The Theory Study On The Allocation Of Information Resources

With the development of the time, Information Resource , as one of the shareable economical resources, is playing a more and more important role in the process of promoting the development of economy. China's economy development has now stepped into the pivotal period of constructing a well-to-do society. To modulate and promote the economy structure is an important situation that we are faced to. As a kind of renewable resource, Information Resource can not only greatly accelerate the development of the society, but also optimize the usage of other resources and decrease the consuming of resources. However, we should also be aware of the shortage and lack of Information Resource when compared to the human needs. Meanwhile, considering about factitious reasons, the reasonable allocation of Information Resources is a problem that should be resolved. How can we allocate the limit Information Resources into the key serious of the development of domestic economy? What problems we have in the real allocation? These questions are going to be discussed in this paper.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction. In the second part, there is a brief explanation of the basic connotation of Information Resource and it's allocation, followed by some analyses and discussion of the levels and functions of optimized allocation of Information Resources. There is also a exploration of the main elements that affect the reasonable allocation of Information Resources and the basic disciplines of its optimized allocation. The third part is mainly the analyses of the standards of the allocation of Information Resources. I analyze the standards of the allocation of Information Resources from a macro point of view, and then the efficiency problem in the concrete allocation of Information Resources. In the forth part, the benefit of the allocation of Information Resources is analyzed from economical, social and quality view angles. The last part is a discussion of the concrete modes of the allocation of Information Resources.
