Confronting with the increasingly drastic competition of domestics and overseas, RIPED-Langfang puts human resources development into an important place. High-level talents training strategic program was made to accelerate cultivation of young senior talents.This paper describes the human resources development program of RIPED-Langfang as following:1. Status analysis of human resources development of RIPED-Langfang.
