Research On The Service Of Providing For The Aged In Community Of Langfang City

At present,China has entered an aging society,the aging rate shows an accelerated trend.As the medical and health conditions are increasingly perfect,China's elderly population life gradually extended,and the number of elderly people also increased.Compared with other developed countries,China's economic development level is still relatively low.And aging of the population is under the "old before getting rich" "not prepared to old" situation come.Facing the increasingly serious aging trend,the social burden is getting heavier and heavier.The national response to the problem of aging capital investment,relevant laws and regulations,pension institutions,medical fitness and other infrastructure supporting both quantity and quality are difficult to keep up with the pace of aging.Langfang City is facing tremendous pressure on aging.In order to cope with the aging crisis,Langfang City actively take action to develop the institutional pension,and vigorously promote the family pension,at the same time,actively promote the community home pension.In this paper,the author took the Langfang City Anci District home care service center as the object of study,and went into the area for community home care research.Through the questionnaire survey and interview,analyze the relevant data,the author carried out a more in-depth study on the work of home care service in Langfang City Anci district.This study is deployed from the following aspects.First of all,the rationality and feasibility of the home care service in Anci district were analyzed.Combined with the economic situation and the people's willingness to pension of the Anci district,the author believed that the area is more suitable for home care services.Secondly,the analysis of the supply and demand situation of home-care in Anci district is analyzed.And the business model of Anci home-care service center was summed up and refined.Wherein the analysis of the supply and demand situation of the old-age service mainly combine with Maslow's theory of demand hierarchy.Exploring from five different levels,the author found the problem of supply and demand do not match.Finally,from the four aspects of the country,community,civil society,individual analysis of the reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Considering the geographical advantages of real estate development in Langfang City,the paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to integrate the multi-party forces and explore the new direction of home-care development combined with the pension real estate with local characteristics.
